ABOUT US

Who are we?

 

Mon Lodge en Provence is a family run company. We are a French-English couple, Aurélien and Gemma with two children, Mathilde (4yrs) and Georges (3yrs). We have aimed to set up a small and relaxed holiday location where guests feel at home. 


We have our own private accommodation on-site where we live year-round so one of us is always on hand to help during your stay. As a French/English family we hope we can answer your questions in either language so feel free to get in touch.

FAQ


Are dogs allowed? 

Yes, although we ask that no dogs are allowed near the swimming pool area.

 
What payment is required at booking? 

We require payment to be made in full at the time of booking. 


I need to cancel is there a refund policy? 

Yes, if you cancel more than12 weeks before your holiday we will refund in full. If you cancel more than six weeks before we will refund 50%. If you cancelless than six weeks before unfortunately there is no refund. If you need to cancel due to a Government enforced lockdown we will transfer your booking to another date where possible within the same price bracket as your original booking.

Are swimshorts allowed in the pool? 

Yes, you don't need to pack your speedos.

 
We are arriving in two cars is there just one parking space per accommodation? 

There is one parking space allocated with each accommodation. Please let us know if you need additional parking.

 
We would like to arrive on a Saturday is that possible?

Yes, although during July and August stays must fall Friday-Friday.

 
Do you provide towels and bed linen? 

Yes, all beds are set-up for your arrival at no extra charge and bath towels are provided. Towels for the swimming pool are not provided.
 

Is there a cleaning charge? 

No, we just ask that you kindly leave the accommodation as you found it.

 
Are inflatables allowed in the pool? 

Yes, all inflatables and pool games are welcome. 
 

Is there bike storage?

Yes, we have secure bike indoor storage with each accommodation.

 
Can I pre-book bike rental? 

Yes, just contact us via email to pre-book bike rental otherwise you can reserve on arrival.


Do you have highchairs? 

Yes, if you need more than one please let us know. 
 

How do we book the site exclusively? 

You will need to contact us directly to deal with the booking in one transaction.


How far away is the nearest supermarket? 

There is a large supermarket (Carrefour) in Caromb along with butchers, bakers and smaller grocery shops in the centre of the village which is just a five minute walk away. 

Can we book a short break? 

Yes, short breaks are accepted outside of peak season (July - Aug).
 

What time can we arrive? 

Check in is at 4pm.
